Happy Nail 1 & Spa

Never returning. I had a really uncomfortable experience at this salon. The nail tech repeatedly tried to pressure me into extra services I did not ask for and was very pushy and salesdriven the entire appointment. When she asked who did my nails and I told her I did them myself, she responded, “I can tell, it look bad” which felt rude and unprofessional. Who says that to a customer. When I declined additional services, her attitude noticeably changed and she seemed irritated. On top of that, I was quoted an excessive price just for two acrylic toe nails, which felt like an overcharge. I expect basic respect and fair pricing when I go to a salon. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those standards.

i picked this place because they open at 9 am on a Sunday and the pictures in the reviews. My mistake was not asking for the names of one techs in the reviews. Don’t get me wrong though, the shape and everything of the nails were good. However the design i did not care for. I actually went somewhere else and got a color change for the same design. Having to go somewhere else is why I left one star. If you want more detailed designs i recommend going in and or making an appt for the tech you’d like instead of just walking in like i did.

Love this place I was recommended by my homegirl after looking for a good nail tech since my moved back to Vietnam. I have to say my nails look so good I love them she has the shape and length just right. I will definitely be back.

Micheal is the best. from service to my designs. he never lets me down. i’ve been going to happy for a while(4 years).it’s best to have an appointment mind your business and have your money and all will go well.
