Happy Nails and Spa

Tried to make appointment. Was told I didn’t need one. First in line as they opened the door. Someone with an “appointment” was taken first. Not that big of deal, so I waited 30 min before being told it would be another 30 min before they could get to me. Why not just be upfront about wait time from the beginning? They need to work on customer service.

Very friendly, good prices and great work! I went in to have a set removed as well as get my real nails painted and they came out perfect. (For removal & painting, it took 1 hour) Thank you so much!

Absolutely loved the set of nails I got from here. The staff was so kind, friendly and attentive to my needs as I have thin nails. I have gotten many compliments since I got these nails done and honestly hard to stop looking at them myself. Thank you team for all you do. I will definitely recommend any time I get a chance and visit here again when I am back in town. ❤️

Terrible experience for the last half of my experience here. They did so good on my toes but when I switched to get a manicure idk what lady I got she seemed annoyed that I even wanted to get my nails done after I asked twice nicely if she could clean up my nails and proceeded to start talking to me agitated so I went ahead and told her I didn’t want to finish getting my nails done and didn’t want to argue or get upset over something so trivial. I left the salon with nails like this. Hopefully she has a better day and hopefully Happy Nails gets better customer service. :)

Worth the 1 hr drive every time I come! Love my nails every time! Great service! Very friendly!
