Happy Nails Day Spa

want to explain what happened during my last visit because I was really disappointed with the service I received. First of all, when I came to the salon, no one told me the price in the beginning. They just started suggesting things to do, like pushing me to take more services. I’ve been there before and I asked the price for Xgel. The girl told me it’s $45, and I said okay, next time I will come back. So this time when I came, the lady who manages the salon started telling me I can also do a pedicure. I told her I can’t because my toenail is hurting, but she said, “No problem, we can cut a little bit and take care of it.” Then she started with my nails and later said we will finish the nails after the pedicure. She asked one of her staff to do the pedicure, but it was painful for my toe.

I took my mother and my two daughters here Saturday we did four acrylic sets $315 was my final bill My oldest daughter is the only one that ended up with nails that she absolutely loves they were done by Lily. My youngest daughter has already lost two nails they came off My mom has black dots all over underneath her powder and I didn't even get powder on all of my nail. The manager is who I am assuming did mine since she had to stop every 5 seconds to help somebody else or assist the walk-in and spent more time staring at the front entrance and cash register then she did my actual nails. I would say if you're going to go here please ask for Lily she seems to be the only one that knows what she's doing The manager that ended up doing mine started my oldest daughters then she went to Lily wh

This place is terrible. I came here to get a pedicure, soak off in an overlay. I don’t wear fake nails. He told me that he doesn’t advise the soak off to just get a fill or they won’t have time to do my pedicure. It was getting late, but I reluctantly said yes because I really wanted to get them done before work tomorrow. He finished it and they looked terrible. He tried to fix it twice, which made it even worse each time. I asked if someone else can fix it and he said no you could leave. Two of his coworkers got involved and say everybody went home that knows how to do nails. They only know how to do pedicures and if I didn’t like it, I could leave. She asked me to see the nails I showed her Even when I showed her on her face, you could tell he messed it up. She said come back tomorrow. N

Went with my girlfriend and got pedicures. I got Maggie and she got Lilly. Both were absolutely amazing!!!. Afterwords Maggie had my feet feeling so good , I felt like Jesus carried me out on a cloud. Highly recommend this place

An Incredibles salon with incredible manager and staff. They listen to your needs and do a phenomenal job. I’ve been coming here for years. I love the high tables to do your nails, the wonderful seats for the pedicures and the films not news or anything depressing dancing or learning about other countries. I truly relax here.
