Happy nails and hair has been operating for the past 20 years that I have lived in the Bushwick Neighbourhood along Wyckoff Avenue. It is one of the establishments that has lasted the whole time while many other businesses restaurants and offices have come and gone. Their services are comprehensive, pleasant relaxed, and very reasonably priced.

Tania is so wonderful and talented and she gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had in my life! I had long hair and wanted it shorter with layers & curtain bangs and I got exactly what I wanted. The vibe and feel is so lovely in here. I’ll never go to any other salon again, this is the best one I’ve been to. If you need a haircut you should definitely go here!

i’ve been getting my nails done here for years with karina. they always come out exactly how i want. she’s very precise and takes her time with every set she has done for me. my sets have lasted weeks so definitely worth it. i would highly recommend this place if you live in brooklyn.

I don’t recommend this salon and here’s why. I’m not a very picky person. I stopped by because the original salon I was going to was too far and happened to come across this place along the way - BAD IDEA!!!! After waiting for ten minutes even though I was the only customer in the shop, I finally sat down. Long story short if you’re not of Hispanic decent you probably won’t get proper treatment, my toes came out STREAKY AND ROUGH, there’s no shape to my toes she just clipped them, the paint around the cuticles look bad, and lastly, there was a rip in my big toe that the lady left untouched…. USUALLY the person doing my toes would put nail glue to stop my toe nail from ripping any further but nope…she did nothing. Icing on the cake was that she didn’t even get dead skin off my foot. PEDICURE (EDIT): Editing my review from a year or two ago because of the pedicure I just got... While the service itself was fine, the end result definitely missed the mark. My feet were left noticeably dry, rough, and peeling. Not what I expect after a professional pedicure. I came home and had to redo the whole thing myself. MANI: I've been a bit wary of coming here because of the 3.7 rating but I tried it out tonight and I honestly cannot complain at all. Service was good, everyone was nice, and you can't beat $35 for a gel mani! I'll be back.
