They used to be amazing. I would drive an hour to go and get nails done there every single time. This last time I went I was extremely disappointed. The tech I have been going to for almost a year now is rushing. Had very long nails and only asked if I wanted it shortened and I said yes. She immediately cut the nails to less then half leaving me with short stubby nails and very thick. She also was mad I asked for another coat when mine was patchy. It hurts to say but I do not think I will be coming back.

I have been coming to this shop for 2+ years and have never not had a pair of acrylics with hefty design for 5+ years. Hands down the best place to ever do my nails! Not only can Katie replicate any design no matter how intricate to the tee but the nails last over a month! I go for a new set after 3 weeks for regrowth but if I am slammed I know minimum I can do 4 weeks. They are very responsive, super professional, and they are all such a vibe! truly the best salon in nova! every nail tech there is extremely talented but i highly recommend katie & lisa. my nails always last 2+ weeks regardless of who does them! and elle is amazing and so helpful, she makes you feel comfortable the second you come and check in. and she’s great at massages and pedicures! they are so good with kids too. i brought my niece in and she had a blast. do yourself a favor & make an appointment- you will not regret it :)

I usually have a really good experience at this salon. However, most recently I went and I had a very disappointing experience. Two weeks prior, I had an acrylic removal performed by the a certain technician. The removal consisted of prying the acrylics off using a nail tip, took approximately five minutes, and did not include any aftercare (no soaking, cuticle oil, nail strengthener, or treatment). However, I was charged $15 for this service. The other day, I requested a simple pink-to-white ombré with clear micro-sparkles and a short coffin shape, and provided a clear reference photo. Despite repeated clarification, the design and shape were not executed correctly. The initial technician attempted gold, silver, and even dark blue glitter instead of clear micro-sparkles, and the ombré w
