Happy Nails

I had my prom and graduation nails done here. 10/10 recommend. They’re so kind and nice. I just took my great grandmother here because she’s visiting from Australia and she absolutely loved her mani and pedi! They do a wonderful job here. Make sure you call to book an appointment because they’re always busy!

I went to this place two time and both times they told me they don’t have time. First time they said they were closing which wasn’t close to closing time. The second time it was a12 noon and the place looked empty but they said by appointment only. I will never waste my time with this shop again. I been getting my nails done for 20 year and I’ve never been turned away.

Got a gift certificate again- last time I was a walk in with no problem. This time girl on phone tells me “ I HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, BUT THERE IS NEVER AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT DAY!” I drove by and sat and watched- they were NOT busy at all. 🙄 I am not happy with this. Now I have a gift certificate that apparently I can’t use due to all these invisible clients booking up all the slots. Tried to give them another chance Made an Appointment, but was running late call them to let them know. Woman on the phone was very rude. Told me that I was losing her money. I told her I wanted to keep the appointment but I was running late. Asked if I could still come in or even a little later, she said no. I drove up there anyway, and place was dead. I’ve been my mom’s primary caregiver while she had cancer for a long time. She passed away last Week.Needless to say being a caregiver you don’t get time to do things for yourself. My feet constantly hurt so I decided I deserved to come take care of myself a little. I received a manicure, pedicure, a great foot massage and it feels so nice. (I’m still sitting in the massaging chair getting my pedicure.) They are absolutely wonderful here! All of the staff has been extremely Friendly and Professional. It’s been so long since I had a pedicure I didn’t even know where to go. I just went to the first one I saw driving from my house. I sure am glad I ended up here! Now I’ll know where I’m going from now on! Big Thank you to all the staff! You were wonderful and did an amazing job!
