This is unfortunate to write because I use to love coming here but my most recent visit became my last. I booked 2 mani/pedis for 12:30 on December 26th, with understanding it would be busy. We didn’t get called back to the pedi chairs until 1:00 where they proceeded to turn the water on but no manicurist until 1:15. We were sat in between two girls that both were waiting since 12pm and acknowledged they were waiting longer than us so please tend to them first and were told they have it handled. Not our business so completely understand, no worries. Just trying to be kind as they were also frustrated and mentioned having other places to be. Very frustrating experience at Happy Nails. We arrived on time for our 1:00 appointment but were denied spa pedicures because there ‘wasn’t enough time.’ Only one worker was available for both of us. Truly disappointing.

Like always, I am super impressed, and happy🩷🩷 Today I had Liz do my pedicure and Tina did my manicure! They are so kind, there smiles are contagious and will always make you happy. One of my favorite things about this salon is that all the artists will remember you, and make you special. When I described what would be perfect for my graduation, Liz and Tina know exactly how to help! Every time I walk into the salon, it's such a calming and happy amosphere.
