Refused Proper Service & Caused Severe Nail Damage I visited this salon specifically for an acrylic nail soak-off. Upon entry and again when seated, I explicitly requested a soak-off to prevent damage to my natural nails. The technician immediately disregarded my instructions, attempting to pry the acrylic off using a fake nail. I had to remind her of my request, at which point she finally started the correct soaking process. However, after only a few minutes, she removed the foils and again began aggressively scraping my nails with the fake tip. This improper and rushed technique caused one of my natural nails to bleed and split severely. The technician lacked the patience to allow the product to soak off fully, resulting in serious damage.
