Happy Nails & Spa

My daughter and I came for our second visit last night in horrible rain. They were closing soon but still accommodated us. Jack was very pleasant. He is extremely light handed but quick and artistically detailed. We will definitely be going back!

I’ve been going to Happy Nails for about a year now. I started with one lady, but one day she didn’t show up and Gina did my nails. I’ve been with Gina ever since. I find any polished tip design and Gina can do it. if you’re looking for a good nail technician, Gina is your girl at Happy Nails in Bel Air.

Gina is amazing! She does such a wonderful job on my nails. The spa pedicure's are the best. She really takes her time and you feel so relaxed. The staff is great and the receptionist is a delight!

While the woman who did my eyebrows was fast and efficient, she was also grossly unpleasant and rough. She would tilt my head to the left and right, as though it was a steering wheel being handled by someone with some serious road rage. It was like she was in a race against time and had lost her compassion in the process. While my eyebrows look better than they did, I have also had my eyebrows done better and for cheaper. I am grateful to know of and have a place that is better. The only redeemable thing about this place was the receptionist, who was relatively sweet and helpful. I am glad she offered the guest option because I will not be returning to this location if I can help it. Let’s work towards kindness, please!

I’m so happy with my experiences at the salon. I’ve gone to Tony for all my visits and he’s wonderful. He’s very kind, patient, and thorough. The staff is very friendly and the salon is very organized and comfortable as well. They even have a points system if you sign up (which is free!). I wasn’t expecting to get my nails done more than once, because I don’t usually keep up with them, however, Tony and the salon are so awesome I’ve gone for several fills now and plan to continue going.
