Happy Nails Spa

I’ve always loved this salon for its excellent customer service and beautiful, pristine environment. This was my first time getting my nails done by Vicky at Happy Nails Spa, and she did an amazing job. Not only did she give me the best manicure I’ve ever had, but her professionalism and gentle approach made the experience even better. Vicky pays close attention to detail, truly listens to what you’re looking for, and kindly offers her professional advice. My nails were done in a timely manner without ever feeling rushed. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in her work. I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Vicky was so wonderful that I couldn’t pass it up. I’ve been here a few times. It is very nice on the inside and clean. The staff is so accommodating and professional. David is amazing! He does really great work. I highly recommend this business if you are looking to have your nails done. Their mani/pedis are the best in the area. Splurge on the hot stone massage during your pedicure. It is so worth it.

Went for a pedi. Had Sally, she was the best. Very attentive and great customer service. I felt sorry for her when the I she was a manager was more or less getting on her about taking her time on me or how long it was taking. Well, that is called, Customer Service. That's just what she was doing, giving me the attention I was paying for, not to be rushed out the door. Sally was perfect. I think your clients will return if they feel they are getting the attention they are paying for and not being rushed. There are 16 pedi chairs and 3 were filled, no one was wating. So, she took her time. I really appreciated the time she spent on pampering me. That tension should not be happening in front of you clients. Sally was wonderful. I will return to see only her or Jamie.

So I was happy that they took me in on such short notice without an appointment. This was the first time I had gotten my nails done in such a fast time. Well, it all comes with the a price because they were very ugly at the end. The nails were very thick and did not look feminine. I had to tell the Manager at the end and she agreed that they needed to be fixed. I told him the technician never asked me “are the nails ok?” I had to go back the following day to get a pedicure because they did not have any slots open that Friday evening. I thought my nails would be fixed the next day, but they told me that I had to come back until Monday. On Monday, I went back wasting a whole hour again of my time.
