Happy Nails Spa

I went in and asked for square short dip nails. The picture I showed him is the first one attached below. My nails ended up being round, filed at an angle and it was bulging at different locations on my nail. I called after and told them that I was not happy with the product. I spent $110.00 for me and my daughter. The manager told me to come in and I could get who ever I wanted and they would redo it. I went in the next day and they had me go to the same male nail tec. He tried to file my nails down and make them more square but there was no chance that could occur because they were already so short. Very sweet nail salon! My mom and I went in Christmas Eve and even though it was partially a holiday that day, they were still very nice and took their time. We both got gel pedicures and gel manicures, each set looks great!

I got my nails done on Monday. Tuesday comes and one breaks because they made them so thin!! I got a fresh set of nails. I haven’t had a nail break in years! They were rough doing my nails and when I asked for the shape to be a certain way she kept rolling her eyes and sighing!! Would NOT recommend coming here unless you want to waste money! I don’t leave reviews but this place deserves it!!

I received services from Rachel and it took 3 hours for a pedicure and full set of nails with gel polish costing me $120. My fingernails are lumpy and there are edges of acrylic sticking out along the sides that weren't filed down. 4 of the nails are lifted up off my natural nails underneath. I went back 3 days later to have them fixed by a different tech. I arrived 15 minutes after they opened and waited an hour as other customers arrived and were seated at different stations waiting briefly before their techs were working on them. I asked which tech I was waiting on and was told "maybe Jack". I left without getting my nails fixed. I've never had these problems there before and I'll never go back.

11/10 will def be coming back. Jessie did my nails both for my first and second time here and they came out so perfect freehand as well! Would def recommend coming back again and again.
