Happy Nails

I went in super happy to get my nails done. The staff was very nice once I walked in. However they seemed to be in a rush the entire time they were doing my nails. I asked if they had availability for a walk in and after 20 minutes, someone with an appointment came in and that’s when it all went bad. I asked for a French tip acrylic set and the first outcome had them looking bulky, with bubbles all over my nails. I asked them to fix it, and the nails still look thick and wide. I figured you couldn’t mess up a French tip but I was wrong. I had to go get them fixed and I spent more money than I should have.

I give it a 3 because I Love coming only to Ty to get my nails done, but getting my nails removed is a different story. Getting my nails removed at Happy Nails was the worst experience. The woman completely ripped up my nails with no mercy. She had to fill in my bloody nails with acrylic because she ripped so much off. Very unprofessional. It’s been two weeks and I am still in so much pain my nails are in really bad condition. I will never go back.

1/10 experience. I love to try new salons but didn't like it here. Took almost 4hours for short nails. Didn't follow my nail inspo they look horrible.also go my toes done. They don't know how to French tip on either. Polished chipped within the first 3 hrs. Put my hand on a thing of sanitizer. Asked me if I was from America "a citizen" when someone called on the phone they joked how the person didn't speak English. Very messy on the inside. Doesn't put a bag in the feet water to keep it clean. Ended up not putting my feet in the water. Passed me on to different nail techs didn't even finish one set before getting started on the next. My first time since I had my baby I was able to be out and wasted my time. My money. Asked to test my Apple Pay? Ended up finding out it's because they though

I loved my service here for full mani Pedi with gel but this was done Saturday and it started chipping on Monday evening. I'm not doing anything strenuous as I am off work for a week to go on vacation so I don't understand how gel can be chipped right away. I'm super bummed about this. Nail tech was super nice! But I feel like this shouldn't happen with real gel polish

Very quick and got me in. They had so many gals they were doing for prom. They were so nice to get my mom and i in. I was so please that i was able to have my nails done exactly the way i wanted for my wedding day. She was able to put the glitter in like i wanted and they came out looking amazing.
