Harriet hair braiding

Nope. If I could give no starts I would. I booked with her once, paid and left. I booked again for my granddaughter and gave her the money to go because she had an important event to attend. We woke up the morning of the appointment to find it was canceled. No explanation at all and no response to my communication. Not being reliable when you run a business can hurt your credibility with the public. I’m never booking with her ever again. I’m going to leave that to the people who want to take the chance of being misled. Simply just go somewhere else.

I can't say enough great things about Harriet. She is truly the best at what she does from her impeccable braiding skills to her amazing customer service every experience with her has been short of exceptional. Not only does she work fast, but her prices are also incredibly affordable, making it easy to keep coming back. Harriet is always reliable and I trust her with my hair every time. When I leave her chair, I always feel like a queen. If you are looking for a talented stylist who treats you like royalty, just make your appointment with Harriet. You won't regret it. This was the second time I went to her and this time was even better than the last. Will be going back.. I would also like to add that she was professional. Her place was.very clean and there were no issues. We previously had a misunderstanding and she worked extremely diligent to rectify it. I live very far from where she does hair but I will continue to travel 1 hr and 30 mito get my hair done.

Asked her to do a style that was shared with her on a picture, she asked me to buy hair i bought my own hair for her to be upset when i got there with a different color she had hair already prepped. She did my hair but was not the style i showed her. I asked her to redo the back to make hair same length as other hair. She agreed we had an appointment set. The day of the second appt she finally messaged back saying she forgot about me and went to school. She is unprofessional. House stinks. It wasnt clean there were other ppl there being loud gossiping about me and complaining. It was hot no air conditioner. Do not waist your money or time here.

Harriet prices are reasonable and she did a fantastic job on my hair. The best knotless braids I have had in a long time. The parting is very neat she even ate with the baby hairs!! My new braider 💚
