Came in as a walk in and Brooklyn immediately sat me in a chair, did my brow wax and tint and had me out in 15 mins! Also love the shape and color they came out! Amazing service and will for sure be back!

Update: I initially left a two-star review because the service itself was acceptable. However, the business’s response mischaracterized my feedback and focused on the lash lift rather than the environment and conduct during my visit. This review was not about the lash lift, which I understood upon arrival and I was okay with not doing it. While I was lying down for the brow lamination service, staff were speaking loudly to one another across the room, and the communication directed toward me felt abrupt and hostile, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. The tone and courtesy reflected in their written response definitely did not match the communication I experienced in person… For these reasons, I’ve updated my rating to reflect the overall experience. Staff were very sweet and my technician was super accommodating and always asking if I was okay, if I needed a break, tissue, water, ect. Brooklynn did a great job threading my brows and I thank you for fixing my awfully bushy brows 🙏

I have been going to Anna for at least five or six years now. Every five weeks she makes my eyebrows look good as new! Everybody there is always so friendly and always has a smiling face on! There are no words for me to describe how awesome they are! I am a customer for life!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Haus of Brows & Esthetics and the amazing staff! I see AnnaLauryn for my brow waxing and she is AMAZING. Listen… my brows looked like full-blown caterpillars. Like, not the cute kind. She shaped them perfectly without making them too thin (my biggest fear lol) and I left feeling like a brand new girl. So sweet, so precise. The studio has such a relaxing vibe and everyone there is welcoming and professional. My brows have never looked better—I felt so confident after seeing her!
