My experience with Haus of Ritta has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve been a loyal client for over three years, and the consistency is unmatched. She is always on point with wigs, natural hair care, lace services, braids, and more. She is extremely accommodating, her pricing is reasonable, and she is an incredibly understanding stylist. First of all the style wasn’t like I asked for and less than 24hours after; my lace started to lift and pushed back to where you could see my hair line. I reached out to the stylist and sent pictures stating that I needed my hair fix. She agreed to do it for me and told me come back the next day which was my actual Birthday but before going she text me saying it would be a $40 charge and I’m not understanding why charge me in the first place when I literally just went Tuesday at 4:30pm paying $245 for my service and yes I wanted something different because it was my birthday and my coworker recommended me and I texted her at 7:30am Wednesday morning letting her know so yep less than 24 hours exactly . *Tried to click on no stars but it’s not letting me *

I wish I could give 10 stars. What an experience each and every time. I have never trusted anyone with my hair like I trust Rita. I have made her my permanent stylist! Keep being amazing girl! 👏🏿
