I am writing this review because I am truly disappointed with my recent experience at this nail salon. At first, I appreciated the affordable service prices and decided to give this salon my support. During one of my visits, I personally gave a tip to the technician who provided my service. However, a few days later when I returned, the staff member told me she never received the tip I had given. This left me confused and concerned. I am questioning how a situation like this could happen in a large and well-known nail salon. Tips are meant to go directly to the technicians who work hard to serve customers. If the employee did not receive the tip, where did it go? Beyond the tip issue, I also felt a lack of respect in the way the situation was handled. As a customer, I believe transparency

This afternoon I went to Havana Nails for a Mani/Pedi, and I had a fabulous experience!! Luci did my pedicure and Kim did my manicure. I felt like the most spoiled person alive. They were both sweet, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I was offered a cool beverage upon entering, the massage chair was set and the magic began!! My French manicure turned out great and my pedicure was perfect!! I told them both that it was the best experience I have ever had at Havana. I will be requesting both of these professional technicians in the future!!❤️ I left them a 25% tip which made it pricier, but they deserved it!!

I liked it here but they didn’t give me the right design I wanted cheetah print and I just got dots but It’s still cute and they were nice

Havana nails changed ownership a while back and I’m so glad I gave them another try. I had the best gel manicure by Mary yesterday. I had stopped getting my nails done but now that I have found someone on the island that does such flawless work I will be back every two weeks for gel manicures and pedicures. Another perk is the free iced Vietnamese coffee. Thank you Mary!

Best accommodations on the island!! Havana was AMAZING!! Havana went above And beyond for my daughters birthday party! They were amazing from the moment I went in to see if they could accommodate 6 girls for mani pedis. They not only said they could accommodate and make an appointment for 6 girls to get their toes and nails done at the same time. They recommended their PRIVATE suite that has 6 pedicure chairs!! I went to many nail salons to see if they could host a party of 6 or more. And it was the same thing.. they could book the appointments, but could not guarantee all girls would get their nails done at the same time.(walk ins appointments at nail salons are priority, in most cases) Havana and all the staff exceeded my expectations, let us decorate the room before hand and bring our
