I received services with Bailey in July and August 2024. My hair was bleached three times in one day despite my voiced concerns, which left me with severe breakage nearly to the root. When I raised concerns afterward, they were dismissed, and at my next move-up appointment that I kept to give her a second chance, my hair was not properly examined despite my direct requests. The extension reinstallation was rushed, done improperly, and caused additional tension, breakage, and hair loss. I have since consulted four certified extension specialists who all confirmed the damage is consistent with chemical overprocessing and improper extension installation. Throughout all of this, she did not apologize or take any accountability. Corrective treatments and extensions are now costing me thousan

I've been going to Harley for years and she always exceeds my expectations. Half the time I have no idea what to even ask for, and yet she somehow delivers the perfect final product every time. Could not recommend her more!
