This is by far my favorite nail shop. The whole team is amazing, the shop is clean. It is welcoming and beautiful. Eric remembers you. He makes you feel welcome. He makes you feel comfortable and Michael is my personal tech and I’m never going anywhere else as long as he’s there. You have to check them out.

Went in for a basic gel pedicure, they were very friendly and got to me quickly. I was charged $68 for a basic pedicure with gel. It felt really high to me, but I didn’t question it. About an hour after I left the polish started peeling on multiple toes. Was not worth what I paid, I wish I had spoken up while I was there.

Don’t care to leave negative reviews, but went in to get a full set of acrylics. The last set I had done elsewhere was botched, so I came in having cut my coffin shaped tips off in preparation to get a fresh new set. Once I sat down, the nail tech didn’t ask what I wanted and just started sanding everything down. I figured he would add on tips and ask for length, but he just said do you want this length or shorter and started putting the fill on top. Since he was going for it I just decided the length would have to do…so no tips or extra material was added other than the powder to smooth the nail out. Then he began painting my nails…and all over my fingers as well. The paint job was not good. I’m just not confident to speak up, and figured, whatever, for this area, it’s typically $45

I had an overall good experience. The staff was helpful with picking colors and deciding designs. However the nail artist cut my skin in 3 areas making it bleed and blamed it on sensitive skin. I have never had that experience before. I also am having lifting after less than a week and many areas of my nails are not fully covered with polish. Ive always had gel manicures last at least 3 weeks, so im very frustrated that I spent 50 dollars for it to have issues faster than regular polish. Overall I was pleased but the lifting and cutting will make me choose not to come back.

Update: a year later they did my engagement nails! Thank you Tom for these stunning tips/acrylic job. Love Haven Nail bar!! They always do a great job and are very efficient and quick. Be sure to bring cash for tip, or they also have an ATM.
