I absolutely love this nail salon! the artists move quick to get you in and out and they’re work is amazing. Anna gave me exactly what I asked for and that’s really hard to come by. I have been going here for years and I definitely recommend. (What I asked for vs what I got) I wanted short and she delivered! ❤️

On Friday, I went and got my toes and my nails done. My nails look very good, and today being Thursday. I looked down and noticed that my one toenail had chipped after getting them done last Friday. I am kinda disappointed because I spent $60 on my toes alone. Please make sure next time you guys do a better job on doing my toenails. The witness doesn’t happen again. I came with my daughter to this mail salon. The first picture is what I wanted and the other pictures are my nails. I sat at table 19. He seem like he didn't want to do them the way I wanted. Told me they don't have pink chrome and looking at the pictures on here they actually do chrome . Then I told him my index finger was crooked and then argue with me about which finger was gonna be ombre. Believe his name is Alex. And I don't even have the money to go to another salon to get them fixed. 😒

I usually come here for pedicures and have never had a bad experience, which is why today was disappointing. I came in with my mom I got a regular manicure with gel polish, and she got a full set. My manicure was subpar, but that’s not even the main issue. When my service was finished and rushed mind you, the technician abruptly stood up and said, “you’re going to pay,” without any professionalism or courtesy. I pointed to my mom since she was paying, and he immediately rushed over and swiped her card for both services while she was still being serviced. Another employee was also speaking to customers about payment in a rude tone. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable and disrespectful. I went to this place for a second time because I did like the service the guy gave me the first time, which was a pedicure. I went the second time for a wax and a lady was to service me. I waited twenty minutes before anyone came into the room and then she came in with two other ladies having a conversation in their own language over my body, not once saying anything to me, as I laid on the table. She claimed she couldn't do the service but did do my lip so I didn't understand why not, I mean she didn't even try. After 40 mins of lolly gagging around wasting time talking to each other she finally had me get up as a conclusion of not completing the service I asked for. I go pay irritated and ready to leave. I get outside and look on the website prices and realizes they overcharged me. They
