I love this spa and have been going to them since they were on Mercer and Prince 20 years ago. I love the front desk girls, Jun and Michelle in nails, Hannah and Rohena in facials and waxing and mostly the kindness and professionalism that happens right when you open the door.

Zina is absolutely amazing the patience, the thoroughness and care she shows at every appointment is second to none. I was recommended to her over 10 years ago and I have not left her even when they moved locations. the one time I did try to go somewhere else they did not even come close to comparing to her and I came right on back to her apologizing like a cheating spouse LOL love her to the Moon and back! highly recommend her and Haven spa

Front staff were very nice! Check in process to check out process was easy peasy. I got a facial and it was so relaxing and I left GLOWING. Definitely have to return!

It was our first time at Haven Spa-- we both had facials and a massage-- Both therapists were excellent! The spa is very warm-cozy and nicely decorated-- exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and very attending to our visit! It was an excellent experience-- and hope to go back again! What a great find! The space was clean, peaceful and all of the staff were welcoming and professional. My treatment was exactly what I needed. Nav listened to my concerns and my treatment was perfectly targeted and I felt a difference even days later.
