I have been here twice the first time I asked for medium mid back box braids. The owner gave me waist length large box braids. I didn't complain because I liked them but they should charge me less I supply my hair. Second time I wanted pick and drop braids with human hair I was told one price over the phone given a different price in person and when I get home most are in small box braids but I feel a bunch of spots where they are small cornrows. DON'T ATTEMPT especially if you don't want more than one person on your head.

I must say they know how to braid hair really good! Very neat, but the price is way too high 🙄 sorry but this would be my first & last time going back there!! I wouldn't recommend this hair salon to anymore

They are conveniently located by the 3 train, Saratoga stop. I was seen right away around 9am which is a plus. I wanted medium/jumbo size box braids. A very basic style that never cost no more than between 120-140 w/ hair included. They charged me 160 w/ hair included. Thats a bit pricey for such basic braids but It is what it is. Pros: They are quick. All together it took about 3- 3 1/2 hours. They provide Expressions hair which is my preferred brand for braids Cons: Its 90 degrees out and they have fans on pushing hot air along with the door being open. There are 2 other women waiting to get their hair braided. There are 3 braiders here and they are all working on my head instead of working in theirs. One braider per head would be just fine. It’s a lil pricey but been going there for almost 10 yrs they get you in and out and the owner always work with the same girls which is great cause they know how too braid well too your liking..

Don't go there......they are over charging people when you walk in they give you one price and when you call the price is different. People say support black own how can you do that when your own is taking advantage of you they will never get my coins.
