Hayati Scalp Spa deserves more than 5 stars! We were fortunate to benefit from their generous promotion, where I was able to bring my mom and sister for a complimentary scalp treatment. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calming and luxurious. The scalp specialists took their time to explain the process and assess our individual scalp needs. The treatment itself was deeply relaxing and left our scalps feeling rejuvenated and our hair incredibly soft. The fact that they offered such a wonderful free experience shows how confident they are in their services and how much they value community. We are so grateful and have already booked our next appointments. Highly, highly recommend!

I’m not sure what kind of experience other reviewers had that was so amazing because it’s not what I experienced. My friend & I got the besties in business treatment, which was a facial & a hair washing which turned my hair into knots & the the lady who did the blow drying at the end was so rough on my hair felt like it was breaking it. I was very disappointed that there was no scalp treatment, no scratching or massaging of the head. I think the ladies who offered the service & the receptionist were kind, of course, but I don’t feel the the price matched the service (as someone who pays for a lot of self care services often). Not worth the hype.

Went with my friend for a treatment and was really disappointed with the experience. It was a long hair wash with very little scalp massage. They brushed my hair constantly while it was wet and i could hear it ripping. (But the brush never touched my scalp, so it didn’t even feel good) So many trinkets were used without much benefit. They only blow dried my hair half way, leaving product all around my hair line. I had to wash my hair and face as soon as I got home. Not worth $150.

Wonderful scalp massage. I’m not a massage person so I’ve always wanted to try a scalp massage. It was wonderful. I asked for super soft and they were! I will be back and planning to buy gift cards for relative gifts. One recommendation: please get signage for your building. Very hard to find without a sign on the building or even on the door. Only thing is crooked gold lettering “Japanese head spa” beside the door nothing that says hayati. For such a beautiful interior I’m surprised with no signage.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I brought my mom for a Mother’s Day treat, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and left us feeling refreshed and pampered. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. A truly delightful visit—10/10 would recommend.
