Hayes Barton Nails at McNeil Point

Definitely don't recomment for a pedicure! I was never asked what pedicure tier I wanted. The lady just started "working" on my feet. Except she left them horribly! I went back inside and asked her to fix my feet because the gel polish looked a complete mess. My 5 year old could have done a better job than her! The pedicure isn't a real pedicure. It just consists of getting your shins aggressively "massaged". I will never go back and I wish I hadn't left her a tip because she definitely didn't deserve one.

Best manicure of my life! I visited this salon for the first time last month after recommendation by a friend and it truly blew me away. I got gel with tips and a FULL month later, my nails were in incredible shape and manicure was in great shape! Could have kept them on comfortably for another week with no issues.

This was my first time at this Hayes Barton nail salon and my nail technician who's name I've forgotten did an amazing job on my nails! It had been a while since I've had a nail treatment and she took the time and put in the effort to make my nails look amazing. I relocated from NH about a year ago and it's taken me a good amount of time to find a nail technician that I've liked and thats had truly cared about doing ones nails and I definitely found her here! Thank you so much again for the amazing treatment and for taking the time to make them look beautiful. Hannah Elliott

I walked into this salon at the end of the day and they were able to let me walk in. I received a mani/pedi. I usually get tips but decided not to this time and see how they could do with short natural nail. I thing the hit it out of the park. I had 3 people at a time helping me. It was so nice. Three people because they were all working together to get the store closed. However, the service never felt rushed. Each person was fantastic and welcomed me with smiles even at the end of a long day. I would definitely recommend checking out Hayes Barton Nails. I'll definitely go back. (No photos of toes but they were awesome)

I called at 5pm and asked if I could make a 5:45pm appointment they said sure and hung up before asking my name. When I arrived at 5:40, I picked a color and sat waiting until 6:20. When my SNS manicure was finally beginning I was never offered a beverage even though everyone around me was drinking wine. I walked out at 6:48 and my manicure was sloppy and rushed. My nails were not cleaned up after, they are stained from the dip and the girl who was sitting next to me started her manicure before mine and was still having hers done when I was finished. At the end they never apologized for me waiting just said “thank you for waiting.” 🤷🏼‍♀️ I am not sure what the point of making an appointment was but I will go elsewhere in the future.
