In comparison to other beauty supply stores, Hayes Beauty Supply sells their ‘human’ for much less. Based on my experiences their hair tangles and clumps up pretty badly. If they are selling human hair, its quality is extremely poor. I’ve purchased several brands and have experienced the same issues across the board.
