Heads Up Hair Salon

I recently moved to Syracuse and Heads Up Hair Salon was the first one to call me back. Sarah was my hairdresser and she did an excellent job. We also had a awesome conversation and she made me feel welcome to the area. I wanted a new style of a haircut and she followed through as a professional. I am definitely going back!

I had let my hair grow in for the last eight months and selected a great new look celebrating the end of winter. I gave Sara the picture and asked for three colors. I arrived at 9:00. Three hours later I left with a haircut one inch long and cut over my ears. The long top I had let grow in was now short and my bangs too short. I had discussed the bald spot at the base of my neck which now is more obvious than before. As for the color other than two thin lighter pieces its one color. This is the most devastating mess that a year of growing can't fix. She actually charged $150.00. I wrote a check for $175.00 and left. In my car I called the credit union and cancelled the transaction. I have no idea how to deal emotionally with this. My hair is fine to begin with and now so short a year won't

Owner is great! Love when I get my hair done. She accommodates my need to constantly change my hair style or color.
