Healing Spa Therapy

I went today, was a first time experience. Did not get the $10 discount as noted on website. When checking out I gave a $10 tip and the lady said no $20. I was so shocked I gave her another $10. So not only did I not get the discount noted, I was told how much tip to give. Massage was average, have had excellent ones in the Richmond area. Will not go back

Was not impressed with having to pay upfront then being hounded for more tip. The massage therapist did not speak or understand English. The $10 off for new clients did not stand. And LOVED the “No Sex Don’t Ask” sign on the wall. Music playing was nothing relaxing. It was in their language.. will not return.

They have a sign that says $70 per hour plus tips, but they want you to pay the tip in ADVANCE, in the amount of $20!!! What in the world? That is NOT how tips work! It should be up to the customer IF and WHAT AMOUNT they want to tip... totally turned off by this place, and it's such a shame. It was so close to my house! I just moved here from Richmond, so I guess I'll have to make to ride for good service.

This place is fantastic—clean, welcoming, and truly a 10/10 experience. The staff are friendly and professional, making the whole visit comfortable from start to finish. I came in feeling tense after a workout and left completely relaxed. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quality massage. I’ll definitely be returning!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting ping for the first time she gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had.. she was very nice the entire time.. this place definitely exceeded my expectations due to the location. On entry I was taken back that I had to provide payment upfront, and was pretty hesitant but I’m glad I went through with the service. It was super relaxing and I got my entire 60 min massage unlike other places I’ve been where it’s more like 40-45mins! The customer service was 100% on point I will definitely be returning!
