I really enjoyed my experience at HealthBay MedSpa in Walnut Creek. The treatment is very effective so far. Olga, a Dermatologist Nurse Practitioner that worked with me, is not only a great professional with lot of experience, but also an amazing and empathetic person who answered all my questions and offered solutions and free advice on my other concerns. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Michelle for Botox at HealthBay MedSpa in Walnut Creek! She takes the time to talk through your needs and explains everything (including any of her recommendations) in great detail. She helps make the injections go by smoothly and was a pleasure to talk to. I’ll be booking her again!

I highly recommend this clinic! I’ve had work done by both Olga and Kevin and I only have positive things to say about both of them. I saw Olga last year and was so impressed by her work, she put so much care and time into my appointment. I originally wanted to book with her again this year but couldn’t find a time that aligned with our schedules so I saw Kevin instead and I was also so impressed by his work, he’s newer but so knowledgeable and had great vibes! You can’t go wrong with either of them :) I also found the front desk staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing experience with OLGA for a customized facial work . From the moment I walked in, the space felt clean, calming, and professional. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and explained each step during the treatment. My skin has never looked or felt better. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for personalized, high-quality esthetic services. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great customer service. Good communication. Provided options but did not pressure or try to upsell. Prices are good. And location is great close to shops and restaurants. This will my place from now on.
