Healthy Complexions Spa by Western New York Dermatology

My experience was wonderful! The reception staff were kind, my nurse was knowledgeable, thorough in her assessment, discussed changes she was making to placement of the medication based on previous results, was precise in her technique, and expressed a great satisfaction and love of her profession. As a nurse, something I appreciate is that unlike other med spas there are other nurse practitioners and physicians who work on the premise. If there was a complication or "if something didn't seem right", my nurse could ask for their opinion. I can only speak from my experience, but I highly recommend healthy complexion!

I love Jordan. She is caring attentive and definitely knows what she’s doing. She did my lips and now I’ve gone into a Radiesse with her. She also introduced me to Jane, who was a lifesaver in distracting me. Jane does the Halo and laser. I trust them both Very impressed with the facility with the care and attention that you do get Even the front desk people they’re lovely If you’re gonna go anywhere in this area, I would suggest Healthy Complexion Spa

I had a consultation with Hailey regarding my acne, and I’m so happy I decided to do so. She was so friendly and obviously very knowledgable about skincare, especially pertaining to acne prone skin. I left feeling more educated about my skin, and confident in the skincare regimen she recommended. Overall, it was a great experience, and I especially appreciated how it didn’t feel like she was trying to sell me expensive products, but actually seemed to care about my skin issues. 5/5 stars for me😊

Everyone was extremely nice. Haley was great she explained things to me on my first visit. My second visit was amazing my facial worked great felt good the hour went by quickly. But I still have the problem with my face. Maybe it takes more than one treatment.

My visit was a consult visit and my consultant was amazing. She thoroughly explained purchases that I made and we scheduled a service to be done in two weeks. Very pleased with her knowledge and her willingness to answer a multitude of questions I had. She did not disappoint and I look forward to the upcoming service.
