There is a reason this place is always empty. Came for a fill and pedicure 2 hours before closing and the nail tech rushed and did such bad job on my fill that i decided not to get the pedicure. The tech said nothing to me and seemed upset that she had to do my nails. Maybe she was going to be able to go home early, but for me. As i was leaving the owner said “next time i will have the Chinese girl do your nails” i guess since the woman who did my nails was Hispanic. So unprofessional work with a dash of racism. Not good. My UV gell polish was peeling within a day because it was not cured correctly.

My first time at this place for a simple mani and pedi...Woa! I was very disappointed! The nail technician Rosemary was very polite and friendly but is NOT a nail experienced tech at all. She had long acrylic nails that looked beautiful but she could NOT properly work with her hands. She could barely hold the nail polish bottle, just imagine the cuticle cutter thingy... SHM... She did not cut my cuticles properly and used to much polish. The pedicure was awful, she clipped my toe nails so they are in a slant OMG, bad...The place is nice and clean but I am not interested in going back unless otherwise they hired certified experienced personnel :(

They meet and greet each customer , and give you the service needed no one is turn away. Excellent service comfortable atmosphere, clean environment. The pedicurist soaked my feet in the heated temperature water I required, personally nail clipping, cuticle and calluses removed, legs massage hot stone, bottom of my feet smooth as a baby's bottom. I walked in tired and slow, I left strutting and happy. returning Thursday 5/18/2023, for a new 2 weeks restart.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this was necessary. I booked an appointment for the next day for my prom. It took them half an hour past my appointment time to get to me. The person doing my nails cut them super short, made them very uneven, didn’t make them the shape I asked for, and didn’t even cover the whole nail with polish. In the middle of it, she gets a hang nail and spends ten minutes looking after that and talking to another worker. She didn’t use the same nail polish as what I asked for. She also got a lot of it on my skin around my nails and didn’t remove it. Not to mention this place is very unsanitary. My first and last time getting my mani &pedi. The lady from Honduras (I don’t know her name) She was very rude and annoying to work on my nails, she left my toe and finger hurting for a week. The place looks nice but bad service in my experience.
