Healthy Way

You can’t beat the value versus massage quality. I’ve been a customer of Healthy Way for over 5 years now. It would get a 5 star rating from me if they would always have someone at the front desk to greet customers and answer the phones. It ruins the continuity of the massage when your massage therapist has to constantly leave to attend to these. And it would stop the chatter amongst the employees to figure out how long the walk in client needs to wait for their massage. Also, a minor complaint is that the music loop has been the same for over 3 years. Lastly, the prices recently went up which is understandable due to the current environment.

This is the 4th time I’ve come here & I’ve always gotten exceptional service. Today the lady I had I kept telling her I wanted “strong” & she just kept acting like she was putting lotion on me. I have terrible knots in my entire body & I need strong, firm massage & if she’s a professional she would be able to feel the knots and tension. I felt like she was lazy. On top of that she didn’t have any rhythm and symmetry to the way she was massaging and kept my back uncovered the entire time. She got the hot stones but she couldn’t hold them? I guess so she took a wet towel and held them with that while she rubbed them down my back. I wish I had the strength to just walk out. But I was too tired from work & just said “whatever.” I’m debating now whether I will return after this experience.

Best massage for the value that I have ever received. Friendly staff and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good massage

I’m never going back to this place again! I feel worse than before I went there. Wasted gas, tolls and $50 smh.
