Heather's Hair Design

I am so grateful for Heather’s!! It’s hard finding a new salon when you move, believe me I tried a few in VB… Luckily I came across Heather’s in searching for a place that used fewer chemicals in their products. Not only do I love the products they use, but Heather and her team and wonderful! I’m always greeted warmly when I walk in, and it feels like visiting old friends. Heather took the time to meet me ahead of my first appointment to fully understand what I was looking for. She and Katie have done my hair and my children’s as well. All the ladies here are fabulous, and if you are lucky enough to be there when the doggie is spending the day, you might get some much needed snuggles 🥰 It’s like therapy!

I had a haircut with Joan Hook. I love animals however I really don’t want a dog jumping into my lap the whole haircut especially because she needed a bath. My haircut was decent however not worth 85.00. Booked with this salon because they advertise haircuts between 45.00/55.00. When I booked online it charged me 85.00 but I thought it was a mistake, but it was actually the cost of my haircut. Joan was very pleasant and I didn’t dislike her but 85.00 for s haircut is outrageous especially when they advertise less expensive cut.

I booked this appointment for my fiance! And she said Katie is truly a professional and fun to have as a stylist. She wouldn’t let her leave the chair until her hair was perfect. Katie goes the extra mile and she enjoys her attention to detail. 🥰

My father took me here to get my hair done and i got cassie! She was wonderful and this was exactly what I wanted! She made my experience great! She consulted with me! This salon was the best!!!

Love love love Katie! She’s been doing my hair for a few years now and she knows her stuff. She is so kind and funny and I always love chit chatting with her while she does my hair. I refuse to get my hair done anywhere else, I could never cheat on my girl!! All the staff at heather’s are super friendly too and her salon is my happy place! I also think that the prices are a wicked deal, especially because of the high quality of service that you receive. Katie is my go to gal, and as long as I live in VB, I’ll be going to her!
