Heaven Nail Spa

I calleld every place in Fargo to try to get an appointment. it was two days before Christmas so I knew most places would be busy. everywhere was booked. and then the last place I called is heaven’s nails. I was trying to avoid this place as much as possible because I’ve never had a great experience there, but it was never terrible. But this time, it was absolutely awful. The nails turned out fine but not what I wanted. The service was also one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I asked for a simple glitter gold French tip, and she heard me and said yup and ignored me and gave me a solid gold. when I walked in, there were only two people and by the time I was done, I was the only one left. now I know why. by the way this appointment took 2 1/2 hours.

I recently visited Heaven Nail Spa and was really impressed. The technician was kind, gentle, and very detail-oriented. My nails turned out amazing – exactly what I wanted! I can tell they’ve made a lot of improvements lately. The whole experience felt more polished and relaxing. I’ll definitely be returning!

I usually have phenomenal acrylic nails here, but today...oof they're all different lengths/ shapes/ sizes, already counting down to getting them redone. Chalking it up to her having an off day. Will be back! John and his wife are amazing!

Got my nails done Friday 9/25, pinky nail fell off Sunday and my nail on the other hand today. In 6 days 2 nails have came off

They did a good job on my nails but they took forever to do them. I had an appointment at 4 and we didn’t start till 4:45. I got a simple almond shape with paint and it all took 2 hours. You could go but just know that it will take a bit. Also I would like to add that it was not Jenny or John but I saw them and they go quick and they look good so if you do goo would recommend requesting one of them!
