I have always had great experiences here for manicures and pedicures. I came here before my wedding last year for my wedding nails and they came out beautiful. I came tonight for a simple gel French manicure and they were beautifully done. I never feel rushed here, and every time I have gel done they last super long and don’t chip or peel. They offer added services when you get a manicure, such as hand wax, hand massage and neck massage. They are always done neatly with nice edges. I loved my nails today. I come from Greece to come here because they do a great job!

This studio has been my favorite for the past 4 years. They stopped carrying dip powder services and only use gel overlay for extentions and full sets now. Never had a bad job from my favorite guy. (Won't tell because I don't want all of Roc to take my guy) Seriously the best and cleanest spot in town!

Today I walked in to get acrylics done and the man doing them was so rough on my hands and nails and in such a rush that the whole appointment was stressful and painful. The "shoulder massage" was about 15 seconds long and he was very short with me. Last time I came in I wanted dip nails and he said they don't do them, which is a lie. because I've had dip done there before. If I go back, I won't be seeing him. If I could give negative stars I would. I have gone here for over a year. I normally get pedicures because I do my own nails. I normally go to Lilly, however my friend was getting engaged over the weekend and wanted her nails to be perfect. I unfortunately got Sky. I had tips on and wanted them removed and a dip powder manicure. Sky started POPPING off my tips with another tip… I’ve never been to a nail salon that does this. He got to my thumb and PAIN radiated and my thumb was throbbing. I told him that hurt and he gave ME the tip and told me to try to get it off… I was absolutely shocked. Then looked down and my nail was bleeding. I asked for a manager, she came over and started yelling at him. He then started soaking my nails which is what you’re suppose to do. Had an appointment for a pedicure and I had to wait 15 minutes to have my service. Brought my own DND Cat Eyes Gel polish. Was told that I still had to pay $10 extra for gel even though I had my own. Then because it is cat eye polish, they are to place a magnet (which the girl had since she showed it to me) across the polish to produce the eye, the owner told her that it would cost me an additional $10!. I said that's ridiculous! What a money grab this all is! Needless to say that I walked out of there without the pedicure that I wanted and now will have to go elsewhere! I was so in disbelief that I didn't even want the 10 minute leg massage. When I was talking to the owner at checkout she was just glaring at me almost like saying I'm better than you type look.
