Friday I had an appointment with Daniel the owner for a 2nd time. When I got there, he had another employee do my fill. The new man cut my nails in half, burned my skin many times with the electric file, laughed at me when I asked for my nails to be all the same length (they were extremely uneven), one nail is completely crooked… they were not the shape I asked for, ect. I was cashing out and Daniel asked if I liked my nails. I said no and showed him why. He said everyone has a different style. I politely told him I just wanted them even and the shape I asked for. He had me sit and wait for him to fix them for 45 minutes. I’ve been going to Heaven Nails regularly for my acrylics for the past few months & they provide exceptional service. It’s easy to book appointments with them and they are always kind and tentative. I’ve gone to many different salons in my lifetime and truly think their quality is exceptional. Won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done!

A friend brought me to get a pedicure with them. I chose the green tea one. She chose the coco honey. Both $50 a piece and included some massage and callus removal. Solid deal if you ask me! Also got some hot stone and towel massage. Staff were all welcoming and nice. Very clean environment as well. Great experience, will definitely be back.
