Heaven On Earth Beauty Salon

I had an appointment scheduled today for 945 am. No one was there. I called no answer. I get a call after 10 am asking if I was still coming. You would think if you had a scheduled appointment for 945 that you would be early or a least be in time. I requested a refund for my $ 60 deposit and of course they refused. Saying that I screwed the hairstylist. I said chile she can have that deposit. I waited outside in the cold, I left went elsewhere because no one was there and then they refused to give me a refund. Yet the stylist was screwed.

I will preface this by saying the way we black women treat each other is a shame and its pitiful and we really need to do better. I found this shop on Google and was intrigued by the name "Heaven on Earth" I booked an appointment with Kerry Ann and requested a consultation. She said that "that is done during the appointment, I always do that" I also asked her how long she had been doing hair, and she said "over 20 years" I arrive to my appointment a few minutes early. She came and got me about 10 minutes late. She seemed knowledgeable and asked me a few questions as to what I was looking to do. I explained I had "post partum hair" and looking for a good trim and silk press. Kerry Ann isn't attentive and she is very rough. She continuously splashed water in my face and did seem to care that

I am having a very negative aftermath after getting my hair done here. Beginning on the next day after my appointment, my hair has been coming out extensively. It was recommended by someone but I am so sorry I went there. Tonight I am crying because my hair on the front edges and the top of my head is almost completely bald. I know the perm smelled very strong and the dryer was way too hot so I had to notify the stylist of that fact. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I am so sorry and especially since it was recommended by a friend of my daughter.

Kerry did an amazing job with my pixie cut!!!!!!!!! So glad I took the leap of faith and went to her. I showed her exactly what I wanted and I got the exact thing!!! Supper sweet and she basically tell you stuff about your hair so you can get your hair in good shape… #pixiecutkweenkerry❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I thought my hair was the most stubborn, confusing, unwilling to grow hair with a horrible case of low porosity in the western hemisphere.
