I have been getting licensed massages regularly since the '90s. But one thing I have never done was a lymphatic massage. I was intrigued so I scheduled a 1 hour massage with Carol. Like I said I've had dozens upon dozens of massages but they were always deep tissue, sports, therapeutic, relaxation, etc. So even though I sort of knew what to expect, it was definitely everything I expected and more. The focus was not on the muscles but on stimulating the lymph system to drain. My first impression upon entering was the well-organized and well lit office type waiting area. Carol came out and greeted me warmly and then she took me to I guess what you would call a more comfortable greeting area, where I filled out the standard form. Great place with knowledgeable staff. Susan is great every time. She focuses on my injury to my neck and surrounding area as requested. My new go-to for pain relief!

I was here from out of town visiting my daughter. And was looking to find a local massage place that would fit both me and my daughter in. Due to her busy schedule as a med student, and the high level of stress that goes along with it, I wanted to give her a de-stress gift. I spoke to Carol and she fit us both in. The full body massage was amazing. Carol is an expert in her field. Her hands are gentle but firm, she applied the perfect amount of pressure where you needed it most. She addressed any specific areas of concerns and spent a little more time in those areas. The atmosphere was very clean, relaxing and the peppermint oil scalp massage at the end of the session was the perfect ending to a wonderful massage. Will definitely come back when I'm visiting again.

Great place! Carol was amazing! She helped my mother with swelling in her legs due to issues from brain surgery, after we could not get her into a clinic for lymphatic problems at Spartanburg regional. She made my mom feel amazing and finally out of pain after just one session. I would highly recommend this place for anyone going through lymphatic issues, and just to relax honestly. Great vibes, and the waiting room while my mom was having her massage was so relaxing, and I felt relaxed the whole rest of the day and I did not have a massage. Can not wait until our next appointment with Carol! ❤️

I just had a massage with Charisma for sciatic nerve pain. I had been in pain for days. She is so knowledgeable about massage techniques for sciatic pain relief that I was able to leave with no pain. AMAZING! Her Swedish massage was especially relaxing as well. Thank you so much Charisma. She is highly recommended!
