I’ve been here twice and the ladies here are so nice. Blanca does such a fantastic job shaping each nail and she’s a perfectionist. I chipped my nail on day 4 & they have a 5 day policy you can come back to fix. 🥹 thank you heavenly spa I paid 75 + 20 tip for almond shaped dip powder

I was recommended by someone to come here but I don’t think I’ll be back unfortunately. I got a gel manicure here and initially all started good. I needed one gel tip for my pointer finger bc the nail broke. While the technician was shaping the nail she was using a coarse filer and was a little aggressive as well in the filing/shaping and cut my cuticle underneath, was bleeding enough that needed the anti-bleed serum. Additionally the gel polish is all over my fingers. Gloves were not being worn. I was proceeded to be charged for the gel tip for the one finger even though I was cut and bleeding from it? In my opinion, in such a situation, I believe this fee should have been waived as courtesy to the costumer. Unfortunately I won’t be returning and this is and was pretty painful.

I went in yesterday (3/28/22) for Sns tips. I went in based off the reviews I read and I don't know how they recieve such good reviews. First off, the nails on my left hand is smaller than my right hand. Now today is a day later (3/29/22) and my left index nail is already cracked! Also, again just one day later and also the nail is chipped on my right ring finger. While she was filing she gave me a cut, and she was touching the skin of my cuticles with the drill which burned. Charged me $65 for sloppy cheap work and I'll never go back.

Went here to get a French ombre manicure. The technician was gentle, clean and did a great job however the nails were too long for my fingers and cracked and broke within the week. That was my fault for getting them so long. Before they broke I got lots of compliments on them.

They do a great job. Very nice shaping and attention to detail. The salon is very spacious and clean. Only downside is that they soaked off my gel for about 30 minutes because all the techs were busy, even though I did make an appointment. Still 5 stars because it’s worth the wait!
