MARCIA the talented nail tech I been here to my manicure and pedicure and I must tell you I walked out of the salon very happy and satisfied with the service given! Marcia did a wonderful job no one has ever took care of my nail so well like she did and she is so talented she need to put in the spotlight I’m speaking from heart she is the best!

EDIT UPDATE: As stated, you did not provide the secured and locked experience requested period. You didn't go over and beyond to provide any kind of customer service. There is an expectation that the platform Bounce requires and that you have on your site that you will provide. You failed and made me and my traveling party go through too much when you simply should have had your business open to the posted hours on Bounce. No customer should have to call and text from different numbers to a business that closed even with posted open hours. No customer should have had to communicate with you like we're friends, when this was a business transaction. You failed period and no one should ever use your services. There was no happy sentiment.
