If you are looking for a new 'go-to-gal' for your nails, look no further than Ms. Julie! I am consistently blown away by her work. ​Beyond being an absolute charm, she is a master of clean application (just look at that crisp line work!), she is a joy to spend time with. She’s a great conversationalist with a fantastic sense of humor, which makes the appointment fly by. I also love that she’s proactive, she always provides the best nail art and design suggestions when I’m feeling indecisive. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment; you will be absolutely blown away!

Angel is my girl! She NEVER misses! I’m happy with my nail design every time! She’s been taking care of my nails for about a year and they’ve grown so much. I always leave happy with my manicures and pedicures. Helen’s Nail Salon is the best in San Diego!

Salon is clean. All the staff are friendly and kind. Prices are reasonable and good service ! Annnnd, They offer drinks! Pedis from Phi (sp?) are my favorite!

I went to Helen Hair and Nails for the first time and it was a positive experience because of the ambiance in the salon, the accuracy of what I wanted and what I got, cleanliness, and you get offered beverages/snacks. My nail artist was Ms. Angel and she did a beautiful shape and nail art for me. My mom got a gel pedicure and she was also very happy with her service. Will be coming back for all of our future nail services!! They are very busy so making an appointment is best☺️

April 2023 - Never coming here again. While my nails do look good, I don't feel they were as thorough with the manicure or pedicure. Kevin wasn't as nice. And Lisa is no longer there. And I feel like I was overcharged. Taking my business elsewhere. October 2022- 4.5 stars! I'm so glad I stopped into this place after reading reviews and being able to be serviced as a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon! Lisa did a lovely job on my gel manicure and regular polish deluxe pedicure. The massage was great and the callus removal was awesome! The have drinks, snacks and candy. Kevin who works at the front desk and answered the phone when I called was so nice and welcoming even he got a tip as well! I recommend you try this place out and will definitely be back!
