I recently had my hair dyed here, the color did not come out the way I showed her. Before I had a chance to say anything, she told me if I wanted to re- dye it would be more expensive. A hair- professional that charges extra for a fault on their part. Crazy. She also told me that I should go home and dye it myself if it wasn’t the color I wanted. An extremely uncomfortable and sad experience.

Went in to ask for highlights and Bob cut. The lady was assured that she can do the style that I want. However not only it took her 6 hours on my hair and it still did not look like anything I asked for. The color look like just 1 color and she gave me a shoulder length hair cut. 🙄

Don’t come here if you want a good experience they talk on their own customer and make fun of them they thought we weren’t viet and got caught and tried to apologize this place is a joke

Spent 9 hours for them to dye my hair the complete wrong color, and then for the color to not even stick to my hair. I look completely blond. A waste of almost 200 dollars. Never coming here again.

Really like this hair salon, been coming here for 3 years for my hair shampoo 🥹
