Hello Beauty (Optima Beauty Supply)

Where is the woman in black? She knew everything here, and when I say everything, I mean everything. Unlike the people here now, they don't know anything, not even about the mirta of perale's cream and not even the vitamin E. The last time my wife and I came here, we thought the nice lady was on vacation, but now that we're back, she's not here. What happened? I hope that she comes back. It's not the same without her, and neither my wife nor I are thinking of returning. What's the point of having a big store if no one knows what's in it?

This place is a hidden treasure in busy streets of sunset park. Staff are very kind and helpful, they mostly speak Spanish but they kindly try to find someone to translate so they can also help in English. They sell good products and they also have most of the professional products as well. They even sell expensive brands such as Morocco oil and … you won’t be disappointed, I promise. They also have membership card so one can get discounts and free gifts after a while. I love they store so much that I often drive for one hr to get my stuff from here. They are located on n the corner of 5th Avenue and 51 th street sunset Park Brooklyn New York City

Overall I really love this place. They provided every utility needed for the beauty industry. The products are nicely organized and categorized by the each aisle so it’s very easy to find the product that is needed. It’s super sanitary as well. This is truly the only store I buy my beauty supplies from. Additionally the works are super nice and offer assistance for everything.

I've been going to this place for a couple of years now and the customer service has always been phenomenal!. I asked the manager for some help with choosing which hair products would work for my curly hair and she was very thorough with her explanation on choosing a leave-in conditioner and what other products would do to my hair and when would be best to use them. Overall, I have always felt like a valued customer going there and it has been my favorite place to go for any of my hair products!

I love it!! The new staff is really polite and knowledgeable with the products, the manager always have a smile and she is so helpful and kind, also they have a membership thing that gives you points. You must go and check. I love the store and how they makes me feel. I'm so happy for get all that I need in one place!! 🤗💅🎁💕
