I’ve been coming to Hello Sugar for over a year now and I absolutely love the service! The studio is always clean, welcoming, and professional. My waxer, Tori, is amazing!!! She makes the whole experience comfortable and quick, love her!!! You can tell she really cares about her clients and making sure you have the best experience possible. If you’re looking for a great waxing place, I highly recommend Hello Sugar. I won’t go anywhere else!

I have been seeing Tori for sugaring since I moved to Austin 2.5 years ago. She is the absolute best! I’ve been hurt in the past, but she is by far the nicest - always professional and personable too, which I love. She’s taught me a lot about the skincare products and their use and my skin/hair has never been better!!
