Fredericka is outstanding. She is prompt and her facility is very clean. I am AA with naturally coarse hair EVERY where and it had been a while since my last wax when I first visited, so she had a task on her hands. She made a painful process as comfortable as possible and educated me while providing phenomenal service. She is a courteous professionI with highly effective communication skill. I’ve recently moved back to area and was using Hello Sugar there so I looked for one closest to me. Dreeka was amazing!! When I walked in she was sanitizing everything and very welcoming. I had to bring my son with me for the first time but she didn’t make me feel bad about it. In fact she engaged with him, making him feel comfortable too! My wax!!! She removed every hair and even a nastyyyy ingrown! Definitely will be returning!!
