For a first wax, I had a great experience! Sydney explained everything in detail and the conversation felt like we had met before. Friendly and doesn’t push sales. Though I was very tempted to get their membership (if you can do it, go for it!). Would absolutely go back. The facilities are very nice and clean/sanitary. The table is wiped down with hospital grade wipes, so very trustworthy for killing bacteria.

Well. I definitely came out less hairy than when I went in. I decided to sign up for the 20$ promotion Hello Sugar was pushing through Instagram. First time customers pay 20$ for a Brazilian. It was my first Brazilian. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be based off others experiences. I believe a large part was due to my esthetician, Sydney. She is easy going, direct and made me feel comfortable. I came in more curious than nervous. Nothing can be worse than the pain felt by waxing your own armpits. I was correct. She carries an "as is" air while being extremely sweet. She answered my questions without beating around the bush. I appreciate people with her personality trait. All in all. 20/10. Would go again. Her work was very clean. I had some stubborn hairs which she tweezed

Had my very first Brazilian Wax with SYDNEY! She did an AMAZING job. She’s super friendly and did a good job of distracting me from what was going on as I was SUPER nervous. She was very professional. I never thought I would actually have enjoyed the experience! Book the appointment, sign up for the membership! I’ll definitely be looking forward to my next appointment.

Sydney has been an absolute dream to get waxed by. From the moment of check in when she greets you with a warm smile, to having you laughing during what could be an awkward experience getting a Brazilian. Sydney is wonderful, she made me feel so incredibly welcome and it felt like I was being waxed by someone I knew. She knew the perfect moments to keep me talking and distract me from the pain and she did an amazing job! She got all the little hairs and even got my ingrowns too. I feel like a new woman, if you want a wonderful environment and a great job, go ahead and book!
