I just had my very first Brazilian wax (with sugar) and underarm wax, and I’m 28 years old — this was a first for me! I was super nervous at the start, especially feeling self-conscious about my weight and the loose skin from weight loss, but Endya’s amazing personality immediately put me at ease. The whole experience was comfortable, professional, and honestly enjoyable! I loved it so much that I went ahead and got a membership — I’ll definitely be a returning client. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Endya is AMAZING! She's so nice and really good at keeping a good conversation going! She's also insanely knowledgeable and skilled at her work! Even when I was bawling (I'm a crybaby and it was my first wax) she was so gentle and comforting and patient with me! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

loved coming in! first timer but felt comfortable almost immediately! i had great conversations & lots of laughs with Brittanya! it felt as if i was catching up with an old friend! the experience was exactly that, an experience. there were parts that hurt more than others but she was very professional & made check-ins often. in the end, i did schedule to come again. i definitely recommend Hello, Sugar!!!

I had an amazing experience with Michelle, the esthetician! It was my first time trying sugar waxing, and I'm so glad she's offering this service in the area. She took the time to explain the entire process and provided helpful aftercare tips. I will definitely be returning for another session!
