Hello Sugar | Farmington West Farm - Brazilian Wax & Sugar Salon

My waxer was very friendly and made me very comfortable, talked me through the entire process. Izabella was very understanding and patient with me, which made the experience overall better. I think overall I’m just not happy with the results of the wax, lots of leftover hairs I feel could have been gone with a clean up strip or two. I’m not sure if it’s cause this was my first wax ever or just lack of waxing. Other than that the building was very clean and organized.

Did a first time Brazilian wax me and my friend, we got this service done by izzabella and it was a 10/10. She was very gentle and very friendly throughout this whole process and talked us through it perfectly. Will definitely keep with with the service and get other services done by her as well.

The only good thing about this place was how clean it was .. I wouldn’t be going back for the rude and late service that was provided.

Although i was late for my appointment, my waxer Serenity was still nice and flexible enough to take me. The place was cleaned for the most part, and my whole experience went well.

I had a great experience at Hello Sugar in Farmington, CT. She explained my services and what she was doing along the way. The suite was bright and clean. She had me out within a 1/2 hour so I was able to enjoy the rest of my self/care adventure. Of course I will go to the Hello Sugar Bryn Mawr location once I get back to Pennsylvania.
