As a first-timer I had an amazing experience! Isabella was wonderful…she made the entire process feel easy, comfortable, and stress-free. I took advantage of the $20 first-time deal, and I ended up signing up for the membership because it’s super flexible….you can pause or cancel anytime, plus you earn great rewards the more you go. The location was clean, easy to find, and in a really nice shopping center. I’m already looking forward to my next wax!

This was my first time trying sugar waxing, overall the experience was great. Annabella was awesome. She made sure I was comfortable and frequently checked in throughout to make sure all was well. I will definitely be back!

Isabella was great! This was one of the best wax experiences I’ve ever had. The method of waxing was very different than what I am use too but I absolutely loved it! Isabella was sweet and kept me informed of each step taken. My first time and certainly will not be my last! On the down side I did sign up as a member and downloaded the app to book my appointments for future but the app has not worked for me I cannot get in at all and contacted support and they were also unable to get me in but were very quick in response. Overall I’m still giving 5 stars because everything else was perfect!
