* Please read full review before booking. I’ve been standing outside the door waiting for my appointment for an hour. Now I have to leave without receiving my service. Waste of my valuable time, this appointment was in preparation for an important day for me. If you were running late, especially an hour late, someone could have let me know. I trusted and was truly depending on you all to uphold your end of things. I regret coming here today and I won’t be returning. I couldn’t wait to recommend you all to my network but now I’ll be letting them know of my experience today. Gladys was personable and put me at ease. Talking took my mind off of things and by the time I knew it, I was finished. Small, bright and cheery studio space. Would def recommend.

Amazing service and experience!!! The check-in process was super smooth, and the service was even better than expected. First-time client here, and I ended up getting a membership, that’s how great it was! 🩷 Nyasia did my service, and she was absolutely lovely and so patient. She walked me through the entire process and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!!

This is the first review I’ve ever left, but it felt necessary because of how skilled and amazing Gladys is. After having an awful first Brazilian over a year ago, I decided I’d never try again, so I’m incredibly glad I gave it another shot. Gladys is beyond seasoned at her craft and also so communicative and personable, which made all the difference. She’s a true lady boss and turned this forever non-waxer into a long-term client in just one session. Highly recommend to everyone, but especially to those who are newer to waxing!
