I had an amazing experience at Hell Sugar today! My wax service went so smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Ebony was absolutely awesome — she was caring, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She really takes her time and makes sure everything is done perfectly. Overall, it was such a great experience, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. I will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

Amari’s technique was quick, thorough, and as gentle as possible. She truly made what can be an intimidating service feel comfortable and easy. She checked in throughout the appointment and made sure I was okay the entire time. The space was clean, organized, and very hygienic, which I really appreciated. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients. Will be returning for sure!

Ebony was my waxer. I was so nervous that it would hurt bad since I haven’t waxed in a while but she made the experience great a lot less painful than I expected. Very professional and great ambiance. Signed up for a membership and I’ll see her again soon!
