I had a hair appointment with Caitlyn and I am beyond happy with the way my hair came out. She is utterly amazing, she listen to what I wanted and not only did she delivered but outdid herself. The hair washing process was peaceful and I didn’t have to keep holding my head ( like most salons have you do). I was greeted by very friendly staff and the atmosphere is very calming and friendly. I finally found my hairstylist and I will continue coming back.

I love supporting local and organic salon's... However I will not support this one. $180 for a botched haircut and a 2 minute shoulder rub is robbery and you know it. This review is specifically for the owner Erin. I will not bring any other stylists into my review But when your stylist says "Oh well! Hair always can grow back" before she starts the cut ...Run

If you’re serious about your hair, especially curls, go see Icie. She handles color, gloss, and cuts with real precision and intention. It’s always a challenge to find someone that understands curly hair. She grasps how curly hair behaves in real life, not just in the salon. It’s rare to find someone who is technically excellent, no nonsense, and genuinely funny. Icie is all three. Her New Yorker humor and seasoned experience bring a sharp confidence to everything she does, which makes you trust her instantly. She knows her craft, says what needs to be said, and delivers consistently beautiful, thoughtfully done hair without the drama. If you want results, personality, and real expertise in one chair, she’s it.

This place is beautiful and smells divine. I’m visiting ATL and was lucky enough to book an appointment with Erin for a root touch up, gloss, and haircut. I love my hair! The entire experience was so luxurious from the scalp massage, to the streamed eucalyptus towel, and bespoke elixir - it was like taking a tiny relaxing vacation. It’s clear Erin had a vision when creating this salon. The vibe is peaceful and the services are excellent.

Unfortunately, I will not get to experience this salon. It was recommended by a friend but I received terrible customer service in the middle of a winter emergency, uncommon in Georgia. I’m not from Atlanta and I’m not used to snow on the road. The forecast in my area changed very quickly and the snow began far early in the morning, unexpectedly. I called the salon to reschedule but they were booked out. I asked to cancel and not hold them up while I check my schedule. I was charged $50 and told that I knew there have known there would be snow and should have canceled yesterday. My forecast did not have snow before my 3pm appointment. I am not an oracle. Their policy is also 48 hours…. again my forecast was clear around appointment time but still, wouldn’t they have charged me. Probably e
